Choo Choo - Time For The Mini Hogwart's Express!

Building the full size version of this set was brilliant so I couldn't wait to get started on the mini design!

I'd already done the two trains from the Winter Village Collection so I started my design around those and worked from there knowing I had to keep to the red, black and gold colour scheme where I could and the available parts allowed.  I loved my use of the black sausages for the curved name plates.

Once the train was done, the challenge was to build the station platform and bridge around and over it to fit it all together.  I really did try to get the swinging wall approach from the main set but it was just too difficult down at this scale.
