Mini Modular Number 14 - Town Hall

It's time to do the tallest modular building of the Lego collection - the Town Hall.

This was quite a 'square' and formal one but a really enjoyable digital build given its height.

Even though the full size version has 'clearance' base plate at the back I wanted to use the whole of the depth for the building to allow me to start 3 studs back from the front to fit 2 levels of front steps in and still keep front sidewalk (pavement here in the UK).

There's not a lot of fine details on this model but I did manage to keep the croissant on the front of the building and I also really like the columns approach I've gone for here.

This was another one to use the 2x2 clear round brick approach on the roof - I'm really liking the look of this now!
